Ya the reason he is looking "ghetto", is because he is supose to be pointing to the word "here". and the the shadow of his head. kinda simbolic.

JAMES himself is piramid head, and inside the piramid head he is forced to stared at a severd head of his dead wife! While his wifes head tells him what to do, and screams at him, and who els knows.
My sugestion here is that james is pirimid head "the murrdur" and his punishment for his bad side is to forever look at the face of the one he oathed "to death do we part", so the acual murrder james gets that as his punishment for eturnity. While his good side gets a chance. but is forced to exist with his darker side.... and if the ph james can kill the good james than he will finaly be at peace, and that is why ph is trying to kill james.
Im not say that this is what realy happend, im just saying wouldent it be neet if this is what happend.......few

I've always thought Pyramid Head was some sort of punisher who was created through James' mind to punish him for what he did to Mary by showing James how he killed Maria over and over. I also like to think that PH was some sort of embodiment of James' "dark side".
